What we collect
When you fill in the quote or contact form, or call or email us, we collect the details you give us: your name, phone number, email address, postcode or address, and whatever you tell us about the job. We do not collect any of this silently, and we ask only for what we need to quote and carry out the work.
Why we collect it
Only to answer your enquiry, prepare a quote, and do the work you ask us to. Our lawful basis is your consent when you contact us, and our legitimate interest in running the business and responding to you. We do not sell your details, and we do not share them for anyone else's marketing.
Cookies and website analytics
This site uses a small number of cookies. Some are needed for the site to work. We may also use privacy-respecting analytics to understand which pages are useful and how the site performs, which tells us things like how many people visited a page, not who they are. Where a call-tracking number is shown, calls made through it are recorded for quality and to route your call correctly. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and the site still works without the optional ones.
Reviews
Where reviews appear on this site, they are genuine reviews left by customers on Google or a connected review platform. We do not write or edit them.
Who we share it with
Only the services we need to run the business: the provider that delivers our contact form and enquiry emails, and our phone provider. These handle your data on our behalf and are not allowed to use it for anything else.
How long we keep it
Only as long as we need it to handle your enquiry and any work that follows, plus any period we are required to keep records for by law, such as for tax. After that it is deleted.
Your rights
